This months market sponsored by Moody Creations, will have a cost of $45 for vendors. We will have a max number of 12 vendors for this market. We will have a waiting list to give other vendors an opportunity if vendor contracts are not signed within 48 hours or to participate in future markets.
The JB's Pub and Grill will remain open during all markets. Bathroom is open for all vendors and customers.
Parking for customers is in the shopping strip at 9110 Jones rd as well as at the corner lot. This will be marked clearly for customers.
●SET-UP TIME:
Vendors will be given their assigned space the week of the market. When you arrive a Moody Creations team member will receive you and assist with directions, etc. Unload in the parking lot along market area. Move vehicle quickly and park in a space not designated for the booths. If you own a trailer and/or large truck, you are required to park at the corner lot.
Vendors' setup Begins as early as 9:45am. Vendors must complete setup before market begins at 11am.
All canopies must use weights and/or tie downs.
We will not be providing electricity. If you require electricity-such as a gas generator, you must speak directly with the market coordinator directly. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT BRINGING A GAS GENERATOR WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL BE ALLOWED. (Taylor phone 3467156040) Please understand that we want to be courteous to your market neighbors. Gas generators can be loud and smelly, and distracting to customers. We will assign spaces for vendors with a GAS generator.
●TEAR DOWN:
Tear down begins promptly when market is over at 4pm. Tearing down prior to end of Market is discouraged. At the end of the market, please drive your vehicle to parking area to load up.
Please throw away any trash left behind, we have a dumpster available.
ADVERTISING FOR MARKET
All vendors are expected to share the market flyer to their social media platforms. All markets will be heavily advertised, but we require your full participation to secure customer interest.
When posting on Facebook or Instagram it is important to advertise your products, specials, etc. If you will be running a drawing or prize please inform us so that we may include this in our advertising.
