2. Handmade & Made‑to‑Order Items

• Most items are handmade and made‑to‑order.

• Slight variations in color, size, and shape are normal and part of the charm of handmade products.

• Product photos are examples; your item may vary slightly while still matching the overall design and quality.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues). If this happens, we will contact you and issue a refund if payment was taken.

4. Processing & Shipping

• Because items are handmade, processing times may vary. Estimated processing times are shown on product pages or at checkout.

• Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location and are in addition to processing time.

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and, when available, tracking information.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable)

If you order from outside the United States:

• You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

• We are not responsible for delays or extra costs due to customs.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our items, we may have limited ability to accept returns or exchanges.

• If there is an issue with your order (damaged item, wrong item, etc.), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help.

• We may require full or partial payment upfront for custom work.

• Once work has begun on a custom order, changes or cancellations may not be possible, or may incur a fee.
